Due to the nature of our services—customized digital strategy, creative content, and marketing solutions—WOWORG LLC operates under a strict no-refund policy once a project has commenced.
2. Project Cancellation
If a client decides to cancel a service before any work has started, a partial refund may be granted at the company’s discretion, excluding administrative or consultation fees.
3. Non-Delivery of Services
If for any reason WOWORG LLC is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal circumstances, clients are entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the amount of work completed and delivered.
4. Dissatisfaction with Results
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Therefore, dissatisfaction with campaign results or performance metrics is not eligible for a refund.
5. Revisions and Dispute Resolution
Clients are encouraged to request reasonable revisions as defined in the scope of the project agreement. Disputes should be communicated in writing to info@woworg.com and will be reviewed in a fair and timely manner.
